Summer Camp Policy

Please review the following guidelines before registering:

1. Age Groups

Summer Camp is divided into two groups:

Ages 6–9
Ages 10–13

Participants will be assigned according to their age group.

2. Drop-off & Pick-up

Drop-off: 9:30 AM
Pick-up: 3:00 PM

Early drop-off or late pick-up may be available with additional fees.

3. Food & Snacks

Children should bring their own snacks and lunch daily.

4. Absence Policy

No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed days, as materials and preparation are arranged in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Camp registration may be cancelled up to 10 days before the camp starts for a refund.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

6. Photography & Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
If you do not want your child’s face to appear, please notify us in advance and we will respect your preference.
